1. Service Description

Flight Permit Pro provides temporary flight reservation services with valid Passenger Name Record (PNR) codes for visa application purposes only. These reservations are:

• NOT confirmed flight tickets and cannot be used for actual travel
• Valid for 48 hours from generation
• Verifiable on airline booking systems
• Intended solely for visa application documentation

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information for reservation generation
• Use reservations exclusively for visa application purposes
• Purchase actual flight tickets separately for your intended travel
• Not attempt to use these reservations for check-in or boarding
• Comply with all applicable immigration and aviation laws

3. Pricing and Payment

Service Fees:

• One-Way Reservation: $12 USD
• Round-Trip Reservation: $15 USD
• Additional travelers: Included in base price (up to 9 travelers per booking)

Payments are processed securely through Polar. All fees are non-refundable once the reservation has been generated, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

4. Delivery and Validity

Reservations are typically delivered within 2 minutes of payment confirmation via email. The PNR code and travel itinerary are valid for 48 hours. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party booking systems or email delivery issues.

5. Refund Policy

Full refunds are provided in the following cases:

• Failure to deliver a valid PNR within 24 hours
• PNR is not verifiable on airline systems
• Technical errors preventing service delivery

Refunds must be requested within 48 hours of purchase. No refunds are provided after reservation use in visa applications or after the 48-hour validity period.

6. Limitation of Liability

Flight Permit Pro is not responsible for visa application outcomes. Embassy/consulate acceptance of temporary reservations is at their sole discretion. We provide no guarantees regarding visa approval. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Flight Permit Pro and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• Engage in fraudulent activity or misrepresent intent
• Resell or redistribute reservations without authorization
• Attempt to bypass payment or security systems
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Third-Party Services

We use third-party booking systems and payment processors. We are not responsible for their services, policies, or data practices. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by international commerce laws and regulations applicable to online service providers. Jurisdiction shall be determined based on user location and service delivery.
